Harv Kirkpatrick has been
in real estate since 1975, first learning and then refining skills over the years that can now prove invaluable to you in the current real estate market.
A native of Colorado with a bachelor's degree from the University of Denver, Harv first obtained his Utah Broker's license in 1978 and operated the top producing office in Salt Lake City. He returned to Colorado in 1985 and joined RE/MAX Horizons Group in 1989, where he was annually an award-winning top producer, and has now refounded Harv Kirkpatrick Real Estate to better serve the needs of his clients.
Midway through the year 2000, Harv qualified for the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame, which is reserved only for those agents with continuous high production.
A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Harv has what it takes to understand today's market and the intricacies of tomorrow's possibilities.
Since 2003, Harv has added teaching to his resume, presently serving as lead instructor for the Achievement Real Estate Academy. He primarily instructs potential new real estate brokers in pre-licensing courses to prepare them for the Colorado State licensing test. This is an intense, 168-hour process in Law & Practice, Colorado Contracts and Regulations, Closings, Record Keeping and Current Legal Issues. Harv also teaches continuing education classes for existing agents.
